Spare Parts are available 24 hours, 7 days/week, 365 days of the year. We recognize that parts availability is very important in the printing industry. With this in mind our service department has a separate parts inventory, which ensures all common parts are available for you in times of need. These parts are ready to be shipped via Ground, Overnight, or Same-day, depending on your needs.

If you are ordering parts for a machine, please have the Serial Number ready.

Spare Parts Program

NELA understands that your business is built to be profitable. Let us help maintain your profitability by offering three levels of spare parts programs. Customized for your equipment needs, designed to eliminate costly down time situations and to give you maximum up-time potential. Let's face it, no one want to hear your press is down because you can't make plates. Let us help eliminate this fear by providing you with on-site spares to minimize the costly down time occurrences. NELA offers three levels of plans that are designed to meet your budget and equipment needs:

Level 1: Silver Plan The Silver Plan is designed with the most common consumable items in mind. Parts in this package include items like sensors, fuses, belts, oil valves, cylinders and punch pins and dies.

Level 2: Gold Plan The Gold Plan is designed to give you the ability to solve 65% of situations that may arise. Parts in this package include the Silver Plan items as well as motors, electronics and pumps.

Level 3: Platinum Plan Platinum Plan is designed to give you the ability to solve 95% of situations that may arise. Parts in this plan include all the parts of the Gold Plan as well as computers, PLC components and input blocks.
