Can I combine several presses on one bender?
Yes, our m-line of benders is able to combine several plate formats and radii. The m-line is available in stand-alone and inline version.

Can you automate my entire prepress area?
Yes, we have many installations of fully automated prepress areas. This is our expertise: custom made solutions.

Why do I need to shear my plate edge?
There are quite some reasons other than the plate tolerance for plate sheering (such as cut away the non pint area of the CTP drum clamp, compensate for the offset of vision correction when the press works with side register, certain press lock and auto feed requirements e.g. for MAN Geoman and KBA Cortina and GOSS M 600) Of course you can't be to detailed in a FAQ

What happens if my device fails?
NELA systems provide many redundancy and back up functions, which allow automatic bypass with multiple lines or production in 'step mode', or with 'edge detection' in single lines to guarantee production. Most of our equipment is equipped with online modems where we can analyze the error and have parts dispatched prior to our service technician arrival.
