Every NELA product comes with a full one-year warranty. Should something go wrong with your NELA product, we will do anything possible to get you up and running again as soon as possible.
But service with us is not only reactionary, but also proactive. After the one-year warranty, we offer great Preventative Maintenance programs that are customized to your specific needs. These programs give you the added security of knowing all of your NELA equipment is kept in excellent working condition. The coverage can range from a preventative type plan, full extended warranty, or anything in between.
